Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Scentola. To ensure product quality, hygiene, and customer confidence, we have established the following Return & Refund Policy:

1. Unopened Returns

If the package remains unopened and in its original packaging, you may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Opened Packages

Due to the personal-use nature of fragrances, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds once a package has been opened.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Each Scentola fragrance is carefully decanted, sealed, and inspected before shipping.

• If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or incorrect, please record a clear and complete unboxing video before opening the parcel and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
• Claims submitted without unboxing video proof cannot be processed.

4. Review & Processing

Valid return/refund requests will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Requests that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.
